MB Auto Center Zug AG, Steinhausen

Mercedes Benz und die Alkier Motorsport Unternehmung entscheiden sich an Ihrem neuen Kundencenter in Steinhausen für eine Nederman Industriestaubsaugeranlage der KSU Umwelttechnik AG.

Mit einer im Untergeschoss angeordneten zentralen Hochvakuumeinheit werden die in der Lackiererei und Spenglerei direkt an Werkzeugen erfassten Polier- und Schleifstäube, sowie der bei den Fahrzeug-, Reparatur- und Reinigungsarbeiten entstehende Schmutz an den Werkstattarbeitsplätzen nach Bedarf abgesaugt. Jeder Stauberfassungspunkt ist dazu mit einem Mikroschalter ausgerüstet, der über ein Bus-System der Zentraleinheit eine Nutzung signalisiert. Über eine Hochdruckrohrleitung gelangt der Staub/Schmutz zum Filtergerät. Die Filterelemente sind so konzipiert, dass sie vom feinen Polierstaub bis zum groben Schmutz alles sicher abscheiden. Zur Erhaltung der Luftdurchlässigkeit werden die Filter regelmässig automatisch durch Gegenstromspülung ab gereinigt und der Staub fällt in den Staubbehälter, dessen Füllstand überwacht ist.
